All travel arrangements are provided by third-party suppliers, and their terms and conditions apply to your bookings.
Booking & Payments
Payments for travel bookings are handled through the respective travel suppliers and their payment systems. Flexible payment plans may be available depending on the supplier and the type of booking. All pricing, availability, and payment terms are subject to confirmation by the travel supplier at the time of booking. Our travel planning services are provided at no additional cost to you.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the individual travel suppliers associated with your booking. We will assist you in understanding applicable policies and processing any cancellation requests, but final decisions regarding refunds are made by the travel supplier. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.
Limitation of Liability
Vacations by Kelly acts as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers. We are not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any travel supplier, or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages resulting from your travel arrangements. Our liability is limited to the fees, if any, directly paid to Vacations by Kelly for our services.

All content on the Vacations by Kelly website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Vacations by Kelly and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
